Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment Information

We partner with manufacturers and artisans around the world to offer a wide variety of beautiful, ethically sourced items. Because of this, most orders are fulfilled within 1–7 business days, but shipping times may vary depending on the item and the location of origin.

In-stock items located at our U.S. warehouse typically ship within 1–7 business days. Items fulfilled by our international partners may take longer to arrive. Most packages arrive within 14 business days, but in some cases, delivery can take up to 28 business days.

Sometimes, we receive certain items at our location before sending them to you. When this happens, tracking information may take longer to be available.

Once your order is marked as "Fulfilled," you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered within 14 business days, but depending on the item and shipping origin, delivery can take up to 28 business days.

Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled and tracking has been provided. We currently do not offer 2-day or overnight express shipping.



Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders within the United States. All U.S. orders include tracking. 

Shipping times may vary depending on the item and location, but most packages arrive within 14-28 business days.

Orders may be shipped from various locations, including our partners and manufacturers. You may receive multiple packages depending on the items purchased.

All shipments include tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or anytime before we process your order for shipping. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, even if tracking information has not yet appeared. If canceled within the allowed window, you will receive a full refund.



Other Details

Defective/Missing Items:
Any defective or missing items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date for our team to provide a resolution. Contact us here to submit an inquiry.

Lost Mail: 

Queen Boheme will issue a full refund if the package tracking details indicate the package has been lost during transit. Packages marked as "Delivered" are not considered lost.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us at service@queenboheme.com. We will help identify the carrier so you can open a Missing Mail Search or claim to investigate the delivery status. This process allows the local delivery team to investigate and determine the delivery status.

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery. We do not replace or refund orders in these cases.

If your package is not marked as "Delivered" and appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in determining the next steps for filing a claim. For shipments handled by third-party carriers, you may need to file the claim directly, but we are here to support you as needed.
