Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at service@queenboheme.com. If your return meets our policy requirements, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Only items that meet all return criteria and have been approved in advance by our team will be accepted. Returns that do not meet eligibility, fall outside the return window, or are sent without prior approval will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, a 20% restocking fee applies to returned items. This helps us cover the costs of processing returns.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, including:

  • Being worn or washed
  • Having any stains, deodorant marks, or makeup marks
  • Having any pet hair or snags
  • Smelling of perfume, smoke, lotions, oils, or other fragrances

Additionally, please avoid spraying your item with Lysol, disinfectant sprays, room sprays, Febreze, body spray, or other cleaning or scented products before returning it, as this affects the item’s condition and eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Important: Please do not return items to the warehouse address printed on your package. Returns sent there without prior authorization will not be accepted and will result in no refund. All returns must be authorized by us first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only full-price items are eligible for returns or exchanges. This means that any item purchased at a discounted or promotional price is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Additionally, due to hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, lingerie, bathing suits, and hair accessories are non-returnable.

Please review the product price carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at service@queenboheme.com or use the contact form below. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for exchanges. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
